The beta
Tractly is in a private beta, by invitation. Features, limits, and these terms may change. The beta is free; we may end it or your access at any time.
Deed plots are for reference only
A deed plot from Tractly is a graphical representation of a record description. It is not a survey and must not be used as one. Readings are made by an AI model and can be wrong: check every call against the deed. You are responsible for how you use the results.
What you may upload
- Upload only documents you have the right to use. During the beta, please use public-record deeds.
- Don't upload anything unlawful, or try to break, overload, or get around the limits of the service.
- Keep your password private; you're responsible for activity on your account.
No warranty
Tractly is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions made from its results.
