This is a plain-language placeholder for the private beta. It will be replaced by reviewed terms before Tractly opens to the public.
Your documents are not stored
When you upload a deed or paste a description, Tractly reads it in memory to find the calls, shows you the results, and then deletes it. We don't keep your uploads, page images, the text read from them, or your deed plots on our servers. The draft you're reviewing lives in your browser tab and is gone when you close it, unless you save a project file on your own computer.
To read a document, Tractly sends it over an encrypted connection to its AI provider, Anthropic, which processes it under its commercial terms. Those terms don't allow using it to train models.
What we do keep
- Your account: your email address and, if you set them, your company's name, address, phone, logo, and your preferences (such as the color theme).
- A count of the deeds you've read and what each reading cost, to run the allowance. Nothing from the deed itself.
- For the beta, counts of what you changed before confirming a reading (for example, how many bearings you fixed), to measure accuracy, and how long each plot took from upload to PDF download. Not the values.
- Feedback you send with the Feedback button.
Accounts are hosted by Supabase. If paid plans start, payments will be handled by Stripe; Tractly never sees card numbers.
Cookies
Tractly uses only the cookies needed to keep you signed in. Your browser also remembers a few settings (your preparer name and theme). There's no advertising or tracking.
